How long does a subscription last?In short, as long as you want! Our subscription boxes are billed and shipped on a seasonal basis (every three months) and you are able to cancel at any time.

What is included in the boxes?Every box will contain a unique variety of products. There will typically be 7-10 products in each box from a variety of categories including: Grooming Products and Supplies Supplements Rider Accessories Treats First Aid Items Tack and Riding Equipment Stable Supplies .... and More!

Are the boxes customized?We do our best to select products that will meet the needs of every horse and rider, but we do also curate some of our products to match individual preferences. When purchasing one of our boxes, a variety of questions will pop up inquiring about details pertaining specifically to your and your horse (or for whoever the box is for). This allows us to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your Equestrian Box!

Where do you ship to?We currently ship anywhere in Canada. If you are looking to purchase outside of Canada, we can accommodate other countries including United States, Australia, New Zealand, and United Kingdom, but please reach out and we would be happy to assist you!

How much is shipping?Our Boxes include free shipping within Canada! For all apparel items and for boxes outside of Canada, shipping will vary depending on location, but is typically around $15CAD.

Do you accept returns?At this time, we do not provide full money-back returns. If there is something wrong with your box or the products included, please notify us within 30 days of receipt and we would be happy to assist you.

Can I purchase a box for someone else?Absolutely! You can specify at purchase that this is a gift for someone and we can ship directly to them if preferred. We can also provide a gift certificate for a One-Time Box or a Subscription.

When will my subscription payment be charged?Your first subscription payment will be charged on the day you first purchase a subscription. Your following payments will be adjusted to process on the 15th day of the month before the boxes will ship (eg. Payment processed on August 15th for boxes to ship on September 1st)
